ROM Hack Hey is it here that pk3ds stuff gets solved

If it is what does this mean I get this error when I try randomizing stuff as personal stats in my or (Omega Ruby) Game

Why not use PKHeX?

PKHeX is a save editor. pk3ds is a ROM editor.
