FBI will work on 11.4, but only if you have A9LH installed.
With A9LH, you can play CIAs. A9LH will always be recommended, until sighax is released.

Did you know if Aurora fixed the problems with : region free and DLCS,
with this 7.0?

I've never had any issues with region free but as @BL4Z3D247 said, you can run other region apps. I'm playing Yo-kai 2 USA on Eur console.

Get Luma 7.0 and rename 11.2 binary. It seems to work for USA devices.

Mine's EUR and works as well. Download the 11.2 payload for your console and rename it to the 11.4 one as said before.

I can confirm that OoT3Dhax works fine on 11.4.0-37 A9LH O3DS (Luma3DS v7.0) with 11.2 payload (good thing I never updated it for 11.3 lol).

It wouldn't have mattered, you can re-download the otherapp payload from smea's GitHub.

Using CFW on N3DS - I can now launch the Homebrew Channel, but am unable to load any emulators as it freezes upon launching them. I've seen some people saying you can roll back to the 11.2 payloads but I'm not sure if that applies to me or how I'd go about it.

Edit: Also - when I launched HBL after updating, it DID download the new payloads. But I still can't run any of my apps. SNES, Genesis etc.

I don't have Luma but managed to doodle bomb my 3ds. It start the homebrevv sometimes vvith the error and sometimes as it is vvere going to start normally but goes back to start menu. Only can fix it vvith luma? VVas told i can't install it novv i updated to 11.4

Haven't seen it mentioned yet (Though i didn't comb through this, just looked at the OP) but freakyhax seems to work fine. That said, between that, and CN entry points I still can't get emulators to launch, they just freeze.

@khoanhchay, try the 11.3 otherapp payload if the 11.2 one didn't work.
