Hacking Selling a hackable console, advice please.

Okay so serious question I am not trying to "advertise" more along the line of looking for advise. I bought an extra 3DS XL New Black because I misplaced mine but then ended up finding it!, it came with 11.2 so its able to be hacked. I don't want to return it I'd rather give it to someone who can really use it. All I want is what I paid for it though, and I don't really wanna sell on eBay and deal with all the fees etc, is there a private sale console website that anyone knows of? Just looking for some advice. I'd rather be giving this back to the community versus back to a 5 year old who will take the update.

Gotcha, yeah I got it from Gamestop a day ago. I am not sure their return policy on brand new consoles, it has my fingerprints on it... I could wipe it off. ha...

Just keep it. It wouldn't hurt to have a 2nd 3DS

Clean it? And I am pretty sure 3DS are not sealed wrapped. So you could just lie that you didn't open it. Just make sure to format it before packing it back up.

My gamestop puts those stickers on it that always tear the paint off the cardboard when you open it

That sucks. My GameStop does not do that. Could have opened it, checked it out, and returned it, and they wouldn't have known.

If I had the money I would buy it in a heart beat, sold my 3DS a few months back.

If you wanted to you could hack the new 3ds and then sell it for more than you paid. Its looked down on by some in the community though.

I suppose your best bet is places like craigslist or eBay atm. Many people are looking for 11.2 3DS's after updating before installing CFW. So you'll have no trouble selling it.

From what I've seen, pretty much every 3DS/N3DS/XL/2DS that is currently on shelves is at 11.2.0-35U.

The best you'd really be doing anyone buying it from you is saving them the tax on it that you paid, unless you intended to get that back in your asking price.

You basically have a second 3DS, brudda.
