So what exactly does latest hourly offer compared to last stable? Ive been on 6.6 since it was released and have had zero problems. Is there a reason to update?

Only if you want game patching support without using NTR, HANS, etc. Not all game hacks, translations, etc. support it. Also I think if you use HBL on 11.3, but I'm not sure. I almost never use HBL. There's probably bug fixes.

I'd be somewhat interested in that if it speeds up the process of patching a game for a translation. How does it work exactly?

Yes, in this case the nightly is much more stable than the official release build.

I have a o3ds with 11.3 I'd like to use for homebrew/roms and have heard that because of 11.3 a lot of CFW were broken or you need to update them from 11.2 and that so far luma3ds + a9lh is the best working combo. I, however, have not found any clear answer if it is possible to install them in a clean o3ds that already has 11.3. Could somebody help me with this?

Unfortunately, as of now it isn't possible to get CFW on a console running stock 11.3.

Nothing is downloading from Freeshop,Eshop,and CIAngle after I used tikDevil.The downloads get near completion and they just fail. What should I do? Is something wrong with the tickets? Im on Luma CFW 11.3 N3DS,any help?

Haven't messed with my DSTWO Plus or any DS games in a long while, but I did update my O3DS and then had to update the payload. So, felt in the mood to play some DS games and tried to boot my DSTWO Plus and got an auto-shutdown. Installed the two recommended cias, but no help (said files already exist, import cancelled). Wanted to make sure it wasn't simply an issue with the flashcard, so I tried an actual DS card (Order of Ecclesia), and same thing. Any suggestions? Everything else in Luma3DS and the system itself works fine.

Using Title Manager to import.

Yeah, tried that also. But it still said that all files were already there and cancelled import.

Which, by the way, FBI said the same thing -- file already exists, import cancelled.
