Hacking Cfw and online

hi!i have a 3ds with cfw.i am on system version 11.0 and I want to update it to play online.if I do that will I still be able to use my homebrews?

If you're using A9LH with luma (someone who uses corbenik wouldn't ask that question), just update.
If you have gw and using sysnand, do not update.
If you still have menuhax with rxtools or any other cfw, do not update. just change to a9lh using http://3ds.guide

Hold select when you turn on your 3ds and you should get a config screen

Hold Select while turning on the system.

If the first thing you get is Luma3DS configuration, you have A9LH+Luma3DS.
