Homebrew Otherapp.bin problem

After I updated my N3DS to 11.3.0-36E, I tried to launch the Homebrew Launcher with OOT3Dhax and Soundhax but it pauses on the loading part of homebrew (the part where there is a black screen with some white text just before it flashes some colours and launches homebrew) and then it quits to the 3DS' Home Screen. I replaced the otherapp.bin with the newest one and it started working again, but after a while, it just did the same thing as before, quitting to the home screen while trying to load homebrew.

Soundhax and OOT3Dhax worked perfectly on all the other updates before.

Is your otherapp.bin up to date ? (Download one from smealum website)

I have updated the otherapp.bin (New3DS 11.3.0-36E) but it only worked right after I replace it but after a while, loading up Homebrew crashes the 3DS back into the Home Screen telling me to restart the 3DS.
