Hacking Generate fake title.tik?

So I decided to download game using JNUSTool. I found Title ID of the game on one pastebin page and almost all files got downloaded fine. Only problem is that game I downloaded has no tik file uploaded on that site. Is there any way for me to install the game on Wii U?

Japanese release of eShop Metroid: Other M and Sonic Toon: Ancients' Secret Treasure
I am aware there are tiks for western releases but I would appreciate if I could specifically get to play games on Japanese as its my personal preference. I would not mind buying them on eShop so don't think this is me wanting it for free and not wanting to pay but eShop app is region locked sadly.

Where can I find Title key? I found one website with title ID's but not keys.

With title id's thats how I was able to download rest of files aside for tik
