You must've done something wrong. I just checked by putting Daora Hardclaw in a specific box location and it appears with the correct name in the editor: 鋼龍の剛爪.

Hey, ty. I figured it out. I actually needed a Daora hardhorn. I typo'd. For some reason on the site it says 鋼龍の剛角 is a hardhorn, but it actually becomes a Horn+ in my inventory.

But when I put in 鋼龍大剛爪 , which was a Horn+ on the site, that was actually the hardhorn I needed. I think they're translated wrong. But no biggie !

it's a bug that's fixed in the v1.1 update of MHXX. Just find a way to install it and you're good. (Speaking of which, anyone know if the english patch is compatible with the new update yet?)

Yes. But it's not in English so it'd probably be tricky w/editing.
