Looks like putting the English Patch folders (arc/table) into v1.10 Update ROMFS works finally, won't have to boot NTR each time!

NTR Version was an easy fix though, just needed to update the LayeredFS.

After using the LayeredFS you uploaded it is all working again!

I patched MHXX to play online and now when I try to run the Translation with NTR, the game just hangs on the Nintendo 3DS icon. Do I have to wait for the new patch or smt?

It sounds like what @DarkSynopsis is saying is to take to patch folders (arc, table) and merge them with the update 1.1 via ROMFS

mine doesn't work too, i updated mhxx from 1.0 to 1.1.0 and updated layeredfs from DarkSynopsis post, but i only get black screen after 3ds logo if i uninstall update and use layeredfs from patch everything is working, but can't go online and download dlc...

If you are getting a freeze at the logo screen it's probably because you're launching NTR and the current Eng patch doesn't work with v1.1. What you will have to do is decrypt the update and place the patch files in the RomFS then encrypt it and install it. Unless someone knows an easier way

u are using NTR for cheats 2 ? , cheats are not working on 1.1 i guees , i got the same error , then i have to remove from my SD 2 files
Cheat.plg and Display.plg , then it works

If you have used the recomended ntr method, you just need to use the updated layeredfs.plg by @DarkSynopsis and youre good to go.

I have updated the game, yes the update is up on Japanese eShop and just place this file on the location, this is the same link from DarkSynopsis and I don't know why that file didn't show up for others to see when I have previously mentioned his comment...
