i wanted to backup saves of games saved on my hdd to Wii U internal storage for backup. I have Haxchi

You can use Saviine to backup your saves to your computer. I could be mistaken, but I think the only way to copy saves from your HDD to your Wii U's internal storage (without using Saviine as a middleman) is to also copy the entire game with it.

Thanks, do u know if I install a US version game on my PAL system with Haxchi, would it get bricked if I don't run Haxchi when trying to run the game?

It will just give you an error trying to boot it.
