Hardware Switch freezes after sleep Mode

Hi everyone,

everytime I put my Switch into sleep Mode I can't wake it up again. If I press the Home Button the Display Turns on but stays Black and freezes. Then I have to do a Hard reset all the Time.
This Happens everytime I put it in Standby.
Has anyone the Same Problem?
Any suggestions what I can do?
I already set it back to Factory Settings but still the Same Problem.

It goes into hard sleep?
Oh man, i had it happening with phone and culprit was the load on CPU when it's sleeping.
Did you contact Nintendo regarding this issue?

Well, this seems more so like a Software Issue; Hopefully Nintendo will fix most, if not all of these issues with a new Firmware Update.

I've had it freeze up on me twice after sleep mode. It hasn't been consistent though.

No, haven't contacted Nintendo at the Moment but I will.

Well, this seems more so like a Software Issue; Hopefully Nintendo will fix most, if not all of these issues with a new Firmware Update.

Hopefully, but I think Not many People have this issue because I can't find anything about that issue.

Are you closing software before you put it into sleep mode? If not I would try that and see if it freezes.

Hard sleep happens when you put your device to sleep and it doesn't want to wake up.
[Probably firmware issue] [It's also called "Deep Sleep"]
This mostly happened on phones & tablets with Android.

My Switch goes into sleep mode every time I watch a cut-scene in BOTW, it's set to sleep after 1 minute when idle but the prevent sleep when playing media content is also on so not sure if it's a BOTW bug.

First time it happened I thought the my Switch froze until I pressed the home button which was the indication it went into sleep mode from watching a cut-scene for too long and not pressing any buttons.

Today I got a new Switch. Now everything is working fine.

Sadly I totally forgot to deactivate my Account on the old Switch. Now I can't activate or Download my E-Shop Games on the new Switch. Have to call Nintendo Support to deactivate my old Switch. There is no possibility on the Nintendo Website for deactivating
