I got this problem when I install CIA files on FBI

Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module:AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

Do you have a custom firmware, such as Luma3DS? More info about your system would be nice. We don't know osmosis.
