Hardware Replace 3DS(al9h+Luna) with 2DS?

I am going to get a 2DS to replace my broken-down o3DS. If the 2DS comes on 11.3 could I transfer my hax to the 2DS and then restore the 3DS data, or am I stuck with 2DS+soundhax

there is no way to downgrade 11.3 at this time, so if the 2DS comes with 11.3, you are stuck with 2DS+soundhax

you can do a system transfer from the 3ds to the 2ds, but the hax won't be transfered. so, still stuck 2ds+soundhax

There currently aren't any 2DS/3DS systems that come with 11.3. I just bought a 2DS two weeks ago brand new and it had 11.2 out of the box
