Hacking how to extract save data on gba for ds2

What I want is to take my old save games off the cartridge and transfer then to the save folder on the supercard ds2. What additional hardware do I need and what do I need to do?

A Gba any of them or ds/dslite a gba flashcard for gbas or a ds flashcard for ds and some dumping software i forget the name

I do have an old supercard ds2 that I probably need to upgrade.. my issue is that I do not know how to or what I need to extract the save data with in order to out it in/on the supercard ds2.
