Hacking online play, with a cfw?

For those of you who currently uses a cfw, do you play your games online while being in the cfw?

Did anyone got ban yet for playing online, while using a cfw?

Actually, we don't know. It seems that nobody has ever been banned for playing online.

Technically, Nintendo probably couldn't know you are on CFW. BUT, if you play with DLC only available on eshop, it's possible to Nintendo to check there is a inconsistency if you don't pay for it and play with it online (MK8 DLC for example)

I'm playing with DNS on, non-legit DLC and yet nothing is happening.
So, keep your DNS on and fire up Splatoon or whatever you want to play online. Nintendo will ban you if you will cheat tho.
