It's funny that you said that because Opera once made a blog post falsely denying that their browser contained spyware, even though it stands true that they do, such as tracking user habits via assigned user IDs to supporting anti-consumer social media companies. https://blogs.opera.com/security/2023/07/debunking-spyware-misinformation/
