I've been using it since March 3rd and a today on March 10th (now 11th), the Switch notified me that the controller needs to be recharged as it was running on low battery. Brilliant gaming controller.

Hmmm... and the best part... the left analog doesn't get out of sync.
I suppose I will get one soon.

Mine lasts about 40 hours on a full charge. About half as long as the Wii U Pro Controller for me. I've had to charge it thrice now.

Considering 7 days have 168 hours, and I really don't think people would have been taking turns to use it fully 24/7.

PS: and by this logic my 3DS battery life is outstanding, I last charged it two months ago, it has been collecting dust, but I just tried and it still turns on and it even shows 3 bars! 1440 hours of battery life! /s

Are there Pro Controller specific settings in the Switch's OS when a Pro Controller is connected (such as turning off NFC and Rumble)?

Also, can the Pro Controller be used wired via the USB cable (turning off Bluetooth on Switch still works wired)?

I will eventually get one once I decide on a monitor for the gaming setup.
