Hardware 3DS weird popping buzzing sound?

No. It's not really turning on. Neither turning off. It's like,on a corrupted sleep mode (it's not really a corrupted sleep mode,i'm jsut giving an example)
The power led is flashing all the time,there's a weird buzz coming from the speakers (like when you're trying to run a vinil,and you're trying to align it and it makes a static-ish sound.)

I know, but if you show a video of these things happening, we can possibly see where the problem is.

My 3DS is alive! I don't know what happened,really don't know. Perhaps the MCU got stuck on something or i don't know. But thanks for all the help guys!
