I played a patched version of this game, dunno which one.

I got to a fishing spot where I got a Seamaid plate. Once you try to unlock it the game freeze on the statue screen.

I am unsure if it is due to the translation. Anyone ran into this ?

Did not know if it was the proper place since it very hard to find the bug based on a translated name.
