Hardware Dock Mod to Prevent Screen Scratches.

funny right when I received my switch I did the same thing but with different material.
I used two tiny square of my Glasses cleaner cloth and seem great.
I mean that used for glasses so why not for screen?

Honestly I don't see it why it would scratch more or prevent cooling that a really soft cloth and used to prevent "dust and shit" to be there at base so that why I did it ^^
(Also my nx screen have a tempered screen protector now so even if that a fail idea my screen is still in perfect condition )
Later I plan to get a 3d tiny printer to make a tiny case for that dock.
Using original electronic part just changing that plastic but in far futur as Im still saving for that 3d printer

We get this when we buy Eyeglass. Maybe a optician can help you. Or, is there a cleaning section in Walmart? Maybe they have microfiber cloth.

He already said it, Eyeglass. And I recognize the cloth, those little triangle cut in the cloth. I have like 4 of them since optician give one of it for each Eyeglass you buy. I went in multiple optician and they all give the same (except for color, it change everytime).

I was thinking some felt might be a good idea, but the idea of using glasses cleaner is actually better and likely cheaper. I'mma pop into town tomorrow and grab some from my local opticians.

If they are, this is great news! The dock is a bit too flimsy and loose so something more firm would be welcome.

I don't understand how people are scratching their screen, are their docks slightly busted where both sides of the dock kinda squished in or are they just being hasty when they remove or place the unit in the dock? I mean I've not noticed a single scratch and I've taken it out and placed in the dock many times at this point.
