Hacking 300 games limit per sd card or per system

I tried google this question and didnt found the answer. Is the 300 limit per one sd card or per system?
Can i swap sd cards to bypass the limit, for example get two sd cards and this will give me 600 limit?

Maybe they want to install every NES VC? It would be kind of cool to have the entire NES library on a 3DS with a retro NES skin and theme.

I have my most wanted VC games that I don't even really play often on the home menu and the other 1600 roms on the card to play with emulators. I have a bunch of 3ds games too and the total is 180 titles. It's more than enough for me.

You actually can install over 300 games by the way, but they won't show up on the home menu because there isn't enough RAM to handle it, and you'll have to launch them from FBI
