hello, yesterday (i'm italian) i bought from amazon the digital code of Animal Crossing and Pokemon Sun and 10$ of nintendo Eshop, today i bought the 2DS (European) and my code obviously don't go, i searched on google and i ve found the "Region Lock" then i can't use the code, now, what can i do?

Well, sadly its your mistake, 3DS are region lock, so are the WiiU units, switch would be region free, but yeah, sadly now you got some digital codes to sell, and you will need to sell them cheaper, since most people here have freeshop.

All you can do is try and sell you code on eBay and buy Welcome Amiibo, and play it through the region free hbl thingy

Is not unlocky, its mistakes, being unlucky its purchasing something that does not work, but it supposed to.

3ds are are region lock, so buying something out of regions and not working its expected, not unlucky.

As for the sale, not quite sure, since again, people will look for the cheapest possible, and for THE WORKING REGIONS they use.
