Homebrew 3DS Won't Boot (CFW Help)

I haven't used my New 3DS like 3 months but today i opened the console it just gived me black screen with blue light (no error codes or something) i tried to remove the Micro SD and it opened the Luma3DS v6.6 configuration mode can anyone help me please i can boot the 3DS ?

Make sure the arm9loaderhax.bin is on the sd card from the latest luma release
