Hardware Computer Is Slower Than Normal

I looked it up, and I can't really do that, I don't have a key.

It says if you don't have a product key, you will have to reinstall the copy again.

Hello! I just finished my build! I slapped Steam and CSGO on there and I am getting worse performance than most people on Youtube with the same specs. I am getting 50-60 FPS on lowest settings.

This guy gets 100-120 FPS on high settings. He also has the same specs.

Here is my build.

How can I fix this? What is the possible problem?

Thanks!

Something's very wrong with your installation. What are your temperature readings? Are all the devices getting optimum power? 40-50fps on CS:GO is acutely low. I say you disassemble your computer, put it back together and reinstall Windows 10 with all the correct drivers. An RX470 is no slouch at all. Especially not for 1080p

The heck? I looked in my Device Manager and I can't find the Graphics Card. All I see is the integrated graphics?

I don't see your GPU at all on hardware monitor. "AMD Display Library Status: -1"

This is getting really weird, graphics card isn't even being detected?

My monitor is plugged in to my motherboard, as I can't plug it into my graphics card, since I don't have a DVI cable.

Do I have to plug it into the GPU?

I get it now your running off the integrated graphics. Ive never had integrated graphics but I'm sure you have to plug it into your RX470 to use it lol.
