ROM Hack Fire Emblem Fates - RawEndBlock says 00

Not sure where I should ask this, as I could either be asking in FEFTwiddler, the all paralogues unlocked batch, or even the randomizer. Long story short, I got a child unit before their parents were married, and another one before I had their parents. I thought I could just change this later in FEFTwiddler, as now the game actually doesn't let me change their hair color even by save editing. So I go to change it, and then RawEndBlock has a 00. Am I unable to change this or is there a way I just can't find? (I've tried FEFTwiddler and FEST.)

I would as in the FEFTwiddler thread as RawEndBlock is just a term that Soaprman came up with in his hex editor.

First remove the url, against the rules. Second, Sky3DS can't play CIA files. You got to find a .3ds file.

That ISO site probably got it.
