Hi friends
i have a problem in installing arm9loaderhax
my old EUR 3ds Installing arm9loaderhax cant boot and blue led is turn on but my 3ds is Black screen
i test these guide methods but not work for me

  • Ensure you have a working payload.
    1. Check for the existence of arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of your SD card.
  • Try resetting Luma’s config and fix options
    1. Delete /luma/config.bin from your SD card
    2. Set your options when it boots
  • Test booting Hourglass9
    1. On Luma3DS, hold (Start) on boot
  • Try deleting home menu’s extdata
    1. Clear Home Menu’s extdata by navigating to the following folder on your SD card: /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/
      • EUR Region: Delete 00000098
      • JPN Region: Delete 00000082
      • USA Region: Delete 0000008f
      • KOR Region: Delete 000000A9
  • Try booting without any cartridges inserted (including flashcarts)
  • If you previously downgraded with Gateway, ensure that you are using the latest Luma3DS
please guide me
my 3ds with and without SD card is black screen and blue led is constantly turn on (not turn off after a few second).

I am going to ask the obvious just to make sure, did you follow the guide from step one until the end? , https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
If so, double check arm9loaderhax.bin from the Luma3DS RAR/ZIP file is on the root of your SD card. Also, try holding select and describe what you see on the screen.
i thanks for your athetntion
yes i follow this guide at end Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax
i checked root sd card file
my 3ds is in Black screen and blue led in front my 3ds is constantly turn on but nothing show in screen and it is black

You know that if the blue light stays on it has nothing to do with arm9loaderhax.bin file? It would switch off if the file was corrupt or not there, but he's saying the light stays on permanently.

@boy_iran_64 This seems like a brick. WHEN did this happen? What EXACTLY were you doing? Did you install A9LH? Did this happen after downgrading to 2.1 or what? I want to know what part of the guide you're in right now. What was the last thing you did before you got the black screen?!

i am not nob for 3ds hacking i do installing luma3d for 4 3ds but this 3ds become break
i do this process for this 3ds:
(3ds firmware was 9.2)
1-Decrypt9 (Browser)
2-2.1.0 ctrtransfer
3-Installing arm9loaderhax
---Section I - Prep work
---Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax
-------then after this section my 3ds faced problem and goes Black screen
  1. Press (Select) to Full Install
  2. The installer will now install arm9loaderhax on your device (this is very fast)
  3. Shut down your console by pressing any button

If you did all that correctly there is no reason it should have bricked, unless you updated from 2.1 instead of restoring a backup. Is it an O3DS or a N3DS? So I'm going to assume that when you are on 2.1 you used any other method to update besides the one the guide tells you.

I have had the same exact issue with 2 separate devices, the blue light stays on "permanently", with an endless black screen. It was resolved when I replaced the arm9loaderhax.bin file.

If luma is installed before the 2.1 transfer luma wont be able to boot sysnand 2.1 until luma is removed try the ctr transfer of 9.2 that one should be able to boot with luma

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

2.1 ctr transfer does not support luma

Hi i have an issue. I was using 11.2 with a9lh and i noticed there is 11.3 update. So like always i made backup of sysnand and updated to 11.3.

Unfortunately after update to 11.3 3DS shows only black screen and nothing else. I can go to Decrypt9 and every other boot option but system won't start.
So i restored 11.2 from backup and everything works.

Any idea why 11.3 doesn't work ? Are any of you guys noticed similar thing ? Any tips ? my a9lh is from january 2016, version which doesn't work without SD card.

Answer.
Run FBI copy arm9loaderhax.bin. paste CTR NAND.
I had the same problem, now everything works.

Update Luma. Copy the arm9loaderhax.bin from 6.6 to the root of your SD card.
