Im getting an error code in windows store. Is there a installer package floating around? Because it seems i will not be able to install it the normal way.

No, that update was installed last week. but i uninstalled few days ago.

Perhaps there is an installer around of this, or alternative way of installing?

No, you have to have installed Anniversary update in Windows 10.

Wow really? that is a horrendous update which breaks many systems.
