What would a custom CIA app (Luma3ds, FBI, Homebrew) look like to the people you tag in Street Pass? Is it a buggy mess to them? Is it some random default application? Your last game you played? Maybe it freezes their 3DS when your mii mentions FBI? What?

because the street pass protocol contains the icon for the custom app, it still shows up just fine on a street passed 3ds.

I hope there's some sort of CIA that allows you to make a fake "game" with editable text and icon so I can put out a stupid message to everyone I encounter. Hehe.

(I saw someone make the entire Nutshack video into a 3DS app. Maybe I could use whatever software the uploader used. Anyone familiar with it? )
