Hardware Frozen 3ds

Hey !
My o3ds(arm9loaderhax+luma3ds) is frozen on homemenu,everytime i turn it on the theme music plays for like half a sec and then nothing i can't move anything.
It started when i wanted to change the theme on my 3ds and install badges then i was redirected to the home menu with an error and had to turn it off because it was frozen.
I tried deleting the badge tool (GYTB-master) and also the themes,and I formated my sd card and put everything back in but still nothing. (the theme still appears even though i deleted it ?)

What can i trying doing please ?

Try holding L, R, down on the +Control Pad and B, then turning on the 3DS (while still holding those buttons).
