So I am trying to install custom themes and what I did is download all my themes. Used 7-zip to "Extract to" the file which means there in a folder. And when I go to that custom theme install app in homebrew I get. "String "?":257; cannot acess ex data archive. What do I do?
[EDIT] i did creatE a folder on the root of the SD card called "themes" it's just when I click to install a theme.

Ok, is each theme in their own folder, or are all the themes together in the same folder? Each theme should be in their own separate folder inside the Themes folder.

Humm.. when you try to apply these themes from CHMM2 what theme are you using from the themes menu? Make sure you are using one of the basic ones, like the yellow or the black theme, instead of a theme you've bought.
I'm so dumb after I did CFW earlier I forgot to create theme management it's working now :) thanks.

Well, I'm assuming when you enter CHMM2 you can see all the themes you've placed on your sd card? You should just press A and the theme would get installed, but it shouldn't go back to the home menu screen. Have you checked the theme you're using from the Theme Menu?

Thanks I got it all figured out I had to install it then. Head to the home menu. Wish there is a way to not have to enter CHMM2 every time you want to use a theme.

If you are using the themes that are also available on the Themes shop, you can always install the dlc for the Theme Menu on the freeshop. It's a pain in the ass because it will install all available themes on the shop and when you enter the TM for the first time it will ask you to choose only 100 themes to keep, which means you'll have to manually choose all the other themes you want to delete, but in the end you'll be able to change themes directly from the TM, instead of using the CHMM2. Keep in mind this solution only works for official nintendo themes. If you really want to use custom themes then I'm afraid you'll have to keep using CHMM2.
