Hacking animal crossing hack?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it possible to use the new animal crossing new leaf hack, the one where you can replace buildings and trees and other things with your computer? I have a gateway 3ds flash cart, but can I still try this hack? Or does it only work on SYSnand?

and btw you need CFW, gateway is just a flashcard with extendet features.

and also it doesn´t makes any sense that you mentioned sysnand. I don´t see the connections in your transitions.
