I have 999x of every apricorn ball, changed my money to the max amount, changed the skin color of my MC, gen pokémon all day and suprisingly I didn't get banned... yet.
I don't really know what the cause for the bans are. My save is totally edited.

Your Incineroar appears to be hacked.
It has a forme change.

Where did you check the form ID? PKHex marks it as legal...
In fact, I actually caught it in a legit way, then edited his level to 100 and gave him the egg move and relearn move "Fake Out".
Did not change anything else about it

This timing, I'm wondering if it's Pokebank related.

Any users who changed TID/SID/OT name after getting their Sync ID and got banned, should voice out too!

I bought PokeBank legally and transferred legally from ORAS. And still got banned.

Ima try to load a save file that I have on PC, That save file was before finishing the game and doing any PKHex, and see what happens. Will also load that save file in Sun.

(To be legal it needs the checkmark before the nickname )

You(and I) can still play online on Free Battles, Friend Battles, Trades, Wonder Trade, etc. The only thing you get banned from is the Ranked Battles and you can no longer sync your game with your account in Global Link

Yes, everything is fine. Battlespot included.
Maybe I'll get banned in the next banwave, don't really care.

I'll say save twice while offline, before going online.
We don't know what they track or check.
Maybe they compare the block 1 save and block 2 backup, and see that a Pokemon popped out of nowhere with no trades nor catching nor hatching.

I'm personally wondering if anyone without the initial game sync, get's stopped from doing so..

You likely need to start over with a new game save.

Maybe that's the problem? I cloned my items but I didn't get anything that wasn't possible (except for the 999 apricorn balls, I didn't know that the value was limited to 255)
