However downloading one still is considered pirating.

Yeah I purchase it. Sometimes after playing it though lol, like Pokemon Moon which I got for Christmas even though I played the leaked version lol. But I loved the experience of playing it while it was not out yet so there wasn't much information on the internet that could spoil me
I'm already using a 128GB card, exactly because Nintendo is annoying with their shit. And well, it doesn't feel good to have 16 seconds of boot time, just like what menuhax offers with a 32GB card.
And I would opt for several SD cards if I was not on a New 3DS where swapping carts requires removing two screws.

That's wrong. They don't mean any harm. They don't have the choice. Use these three sentences with "and"s and "but"s where you want, it'll still be true.
