Gaming Dragon Quest 8 save request

Do you have Dragon Quest 8 save with main story completed? I'm fine with saves if all maps are open if main story isn't completed.

There is tutorial to export the save with JKSM below.

For use CIA version of JKSM
1) Open the JKSM on home screen
2) Click on Refresh Games
3) If you use cartridge - Go to Cartridge, if you use CIA/digital - Go to SD/CIA
4) Go to Save Data Options > Export Save > New > type any names
5) Put SD card in PC
6) SD > JKSV > Saves > DRAGON_QUEST_VIII
7) Drag DRAGON_QUEST_VIII folder to desktop
8) Compress with WinRAR or any RAR/ZIP software (Right click on DRAGON_QUEST_VIII folder, then Add to archive, then click on OK)
9) Click on "Upload a File" > Choose File > Dragon Quest VIII save folder on this forum

If you use homebrew version of JKSM - just use any homebrew entrypoint to load the JKSM, just follow with after 4 above, also use right/left D-Pad for CIA version until you find Dragon Quest 8.

Hi, yes, I tried your save and works fine.

What happen with final boss? Do you need me to help to beat final boss? If so, please could you give a direction with map to find a final boss?

leave out the town and look around for a bird stand made of stone then when u find it a big bird will talking to u say yes to fight final boss and please reupload save when u beat it

I tried and got error message before attempt to travel to final boss.

"An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart. (Unsaved data may be lost.)"

Is it possible to be region issue? What version are you using for CIA? I use European version with free region enabled via Luma.

I'm going research and try to find why about cause a error.

I had 6.6, so I updated to ef2e0087 (hourly build) so can't run DQ VIII due to region that prevent the SD from writing.

Can't find nightly that you mentioned above.

I just replaced EUR version with US version to not deal with region issue, but EUR version has best cheat options with NTR.

If it wasn't Luma issue so it could be save glitch like happened to DQ VII.

It looks like we need to find someone who successfully beat final boss.

@hanseo I'm just curious - why monsters are empty on fields?

hmm... I used cheats that dragonblood9999 made it - only on Europe.
