Homebrew Ultimate GB Injector can't build CIA

I tried injecting Pokemon Brown into Gameboy VC with Ultimate GB Injector but if I press finish it just gives me an error and it doesn't give me the CIA. Is there a way to fix this?

The error says that the program cant access a file since it's being used by something else. I checked if there was something but there was nothing.

You should check your task manager to make sure you don't have a hanging instance of the same program running in tandem. Try restarting your computer too.

The problem is the antivirus. Just disable the autocheck and it will work.
