Just b4 i system updated my Emu to latest Emu(S) 11.2035.

While my a9lh Sysnand remains not updated, but displayed Sys(E) 10.7032 .

D9/luma 6.6 etc payloads still accessible.

Nnid still not unlinked. I previously used cttpr to enter eshop using nnid in Sys.

1. now that Emu reaches latest 11.2, why SysE is still 10.7, not the latest 11.2 ?

2. as long as cttpr is functional, is there any other reason to update Sysnand to latest too?

3. is there potential risk if keeping nnids linked this way? tks

to actually answer your question, when Emunand was used it was recommended to unlink NANDS to avoi the risk of updating sysnand. If you have a9lh there's no real thing to concern about

(I'd recommend just backing up the saves on the NAND that has less stuff and flash the other one, your choice)

thats is, 1 year ago one may scare losing saves and/or 9.2 entrypoint if both nands still linked. With a9lh, nand no matter Sys or Emu can be backed up, swapped or restored easily.

... unless one day, a future a9lh killer version might appear capable of affecting a9lh functioning, although technically unlikely.

I had an issue like this where I wanted to keep things from emnunand and sysnand, so I couldn't just simply do an overwrite. Instead, I ended up just taking the saves from all the games I had in emunand, getting rid of emunand, and then proceeding to reinstall the .CIAs and inject the saves.
