This is nowhere to be found, I used the sound hax tutorial to mod my 3DS but when I was trying to do the same in my brother new 3ds xl console the Nintendo 3ds sound app was not there and was not in the data to restore neither, the console is in the latest frimware, I though those apps were not able to be deleted, there is a way to install that with the SD? or I have to format my console in order to recover that app? I can't find it on the e shop neither? any help?

Maybe he has a shortcut badge for the sys titles and you couldn't see it directly

Oh, cool, didn't know that. Just figured it would see you have 11.2 and give you a message you already have the latest version. Learn something new everyday. =]
Although a system update question appeared when I woke up. I'm on 11.2.

Yeah, It detects if any of the titles have a lower version. Same thing happens if you use a downgraded browser (Pokemon Injection and other stuff).

Sometimes you get delayed update nags from previous firmwares when you jump with NAND backups. I used get them randomly from anything between 9.2 - 10.7 showing up in the notifications. None of them have ever caused an actual update prompt.

It didn't showed up in the notifications, it showed up in the bottom screen.

Then I guess you have an outdated system title Lol. Check pending titles in FBI
0004001020021300. Health & Safety's. Good to know that they tell you if you have a system title missing or outdated. Thought it would only re-download if I manually updated in System Setttings.

Nope, FBI keeps the list of attempted system title installs as pending. It's also the best way to get rid of the update nag :D

If you get an update on 11.2, it means that you are missing a system app and it will reinstall it, it happened to me with h&s
