freeshop downloads the games/updates/dlc from Nintendo servers. It is safe because it would be very hard for Nintendo to track a freeshop download vs eshop download

Are you sure? what if they associated somehow the device ID of your 3ds which begin a download from freeshop and then check back if your device ID is really making a current purchase ? Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

I doubt it. If you install a ticket for a title you don't own, then go to the eshop and try to download it, it does absolutely no check against what is purchased on your NNID or device ID.

If you exit, the download will be suspended and won't resume until it's opened again.

Some advances are being made in ctrulib however that may permit background installing, but not yet.

by the way in case of you have battery and your 3ds shut down its are same case of you normally shut down your console
in other words shutdown by low battery and you shutdown by error automatically lost all downloads

New here but I need help please.

After the DMCA everytime Freeshop is downloading the games the app crashes and sends me to the Home menu with an error. I even installed the latest cia and put the encTitleKeys.bin in the keys folder. Am I missing something here?
