Homebrew How I do fix error code 022-2402 ?

As the title says i want to unban my 3ds from the Pokemon sun and moon ban wave that happen a few weeks ago. I decided to wait until December 1st to see if the ban would be lifted and i happen to find that my 3ds is still banned. Now how do fix this error code cause i can access eshop fine but it wont let me create a new NNID account and i also don't have a second 3ds with decrypt9 on it.

I have the same error but i cant solve it, i go to a lot of tutorials of unban 3ds and nothing works to fix the error lol

This error code is not part of pokemon ban. I got it confused with 0222812
