Hacking N3ds keeps freezing/crashing.

have you tried restoring the firmware to factory 9.2 and seeing if it still freezes?
or restore to your original backup nand if you still have it and go from there.

I guess that is an option, would you have any guides how to restore my original backup nand?

Yeah, I would do a fresh 9.2U reinstallation and go from there, you might be a victim of a frankenfirm.

least you could do is backup your game saves if the worse case scenario happens.. use jksm..thread here:
