Hardware NoteBook Laptop Makes Noise

Hello, I have had this problem with my computer in which it makes a loud noise from time to time.

First, the age/history. This computer is more than 3 years old and I got it back in September of 2013. I got this computer for my birthday at 13yrs and I didn't know about computer specs at the time. All I wanted was a computer with a number pad and with a touchscreen so I found this at BestBuy

Next the specs.

Next the problem. As you may have read by the title, my computer has started making a weird noise in the last couple of months. At first I thought it was the fan. So I opened up the computer and replaced the fan with a new one. That was not the problem apparently.

When I hit the area in blue (filled) the noise stops temporarily and starts again.

What does the noise sound like?

I'm still inclined to believe that it's your fan. Maybe use a program to check your cpu core temperature, and see if that noise starts when your cpu starts getting hot.

I'll record a video for you when it gets loud. As I said in the OP, the noise goes on and off.

Soldered memory on a big boy laptop with full number pad? This is new to me, or at least something I had not seen in many many years.

Anyway if that image we can see is current that fan still looks pretty crusty.

Three choices from me
Still the fan. Just because you replaced it means not a lot if the fan you replaced it with was an ebay special from a salvage laptop. Touching it might still sort any bearings or something just enough.
The hard drive. That does not look like a SSD so you still have spinning rust going on in that. Touching it will not tend to help most things here. Test worth doing is remove the hard drive and see what goes, try to boot into a full operating system for if it is the next thing then simply sitting in the BIOS screen or something might not load the things necessary for it to become apparent.
The sound system is getting some interference from somewhere. When you touch the thing you might disrupt the bridged connection or move a wire that is injecting some interference. Happens a lot with cheap laptops that might have lived on beds or somewhere without much support (can include sagging in the middle if it is not well supported there and that motherboard runs the length), and that is a large and cheap model of consumer laptop rather than some nice steel framed high end business thing. Most times I find the fix is see if you can make the pressure constant. A possible test for this is mute the sound when the noise happens, not flawless (interference could happen further down the chain) but can reveal it if it is indeed that. Fix is usually see if you can replicate the pressure or give it the support it needs.

I do remember having it replaced by computer fixer. I also have the original one still from what he replaced. He said that it got corrupted (the original)

I see. Sometimes the noise can get loud. When I hit it a few times (not too hard) it gets quite (not completely) also when it is quite at the time and I move the computer sideways, it would make the noise too.

Could the hdd be making the noise because of lack of storage? Because I reset my PC recently but it still makes the noise. My drive is 500GB

Lol it's best if you don't hit the laptop, even though when i hit mine few times for another reason it still worked.
You said you replaced the hdd it was used or new? It also happened to mine 2.5' seagate 500 gb old desktop, I ignore the problem with headphone, but i should care about it and change it with a ssd.

If I get a new ssd/hdd, wouldn't I need to re-install Windows 10 on it?
