I bought an used 3.35 PS Vita Fat, the problem is, the cable to connect to the PC it's not official, it charges, but the PC doesn't recognize it at all, i tried everthing, dowloading the drivers and all.
I wanted to update it to 3.60, but without the USB i can't connect the Vita to the QCMA.
Is there a way to update the Vita safely to the 3.60 only through Wi-Fi? And if yes, can i install Henkaku too?

This might sound obvious but have you tried it in different usb ports on the PC? like if you have front and rear ports, try a different set to the one you're using. You shouldn't have to download drivers for the Vita to be recognized by the PC I believe if you are on an OS after Win7.

Also is the Vita turned on? It isn't a usb drive just by inserting it into the PC, has to be powered up to be recognized for use with QCMA.

(Just out of interest btw, you do know that the Vita isn't going to show up in explorer as a device once you insert it into the PC? Just that it sounds like you are new to owning the Vita, just saying for clarification)

Yes, i tried other ports, with the Vita on, and even on others PC, and i had QCMA on.

set DNS to 212.47.229.76, update. make sure "Version 3.60 (変革 Compatible)" is displayed.

I found how to change the DNS on the internet, it shows now exactly what you say, now i just update and everthing is ok? I just ask because all other tutorial were long and had a lot of stuff. This seems... too simple.
