Read all the thread, please. This was already answered. No, you can't. You still need a arm11 exploit (nedwill will release fasthax soon). This is just a entrypoint. The best cia installer is FBI.

to my knoledge, yes, make sure you get the file for eur o3ds
edit or n3ds, depends on witch you have

Thanks, but there is no "<3 Nedwell 2016" file on my 3ds Sound app, there is one called "soundhax-eur-n3ds" though, but it says "Could not play."

Edit : I used the windows network to manage my New Nintendo 3DS Data since I don't have any other way to read my SD card on the PC.

OK thanks you for the quick reply

Works on 11.2.0-35E O3DS, cool

i've already have OoT3Dhax and basehaxx for entrypoints to homebrew, but this is way more comfortable :)

So now we have to wait for arm11 kernel exploit (fasthax) for trying to downgrade and install cias with all that stuff, 2017 looking great for 3DS scene.

Help, when i am trying to open the soundfile (<3 nedwill 2016) it freezes on a red screen (old3ds eur 11.0)
:/
