It's easy really, just download it and make a bat file, edit it and add: "java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in "The/Directory/of/your/encryptedgame" -out "Where/you/want/thedecryptedfiles" -encryptKeyWith "Wii U Common Key"

I havent tried yet, but I was said that it should be possible to install cbhc with 1 DS VC game and then get an other DS VC (wich can be also installed via brazilian method, as cbhc makes signature patch) and install the "standard" haxchi over it. In this haxchi file you can setup to start loadiine first and any other stuff if a key is pressed.
Just download the WUP versions via USB Helper on the PC and use CBHC for sig patched menu for DLC/out of region. A lot more quicker and less hassle than converting.

That's the thing, you can't just redownload a 20 GB game (at most, Xenoblade) if you can just use the files you have. He was probably using that game for Loadiine
Depends on your connection. A 20gb download would roughly take me 20mins, so it's not an issue grabbing stuff but I get you're point.
The game is Fatal Frame V japanese version, I own the american version, just wanted to check it without censorship, not sure if that qualify as piracy but ok.
