Hacking HELP ARM9 LOADERHAX AIN'T LOADING FROM BROWSER EXPLOIT

A couple days ago I had made an attempt to install arm9 loader hax, I previously had luma 3ds, RX-Tools and Gateway on Emunand. I triple checked all the steps on the wiki and when I enter the url in the browser to install Arm9 Loaderhax the bottom screen flashes black for one second then the screen freezes. Below is my file system

Actually, it looks like you are missing arm9.bin and arm11.bin from the SafeA9LHInstaller download. Redownload SafeA9LHInstaller, put arm9.bin, arm11.bin, and SafeA9LHInstaller.dat on the SD and try again.

You boot it (the installer) from a browser exploit on 2.1.

But he's skipped parts on the guide anyway cuz if he hadn't he'd have arm9.bin and arm11.bin on the root of his SD card.

Also just so you know, by his initial description he's not encountering the glitched screen. A glitched screen would be a screen with a lot of random colors and stripes. A black screen is not a glitched one.

Very recently I had a "glitched screen" that was mostly black on the bottom (and the top screen didn't change). Pressing Select worked as it should and installed A9LH.

Huh really .. I've had glitched screen twice now .. Both times it was a lot of random colors and stripes .. Truly the definition of "glitched".

Its still not loading with the neccisary files on the root of the sd card I even waited a couple minutes and Its still frozen. By glitched screen I mean it flashes black for 1 second then goes back to the browser screen, and stays frozen

And yes I did check the a9lh for the OTP.bin and it did not show

Ok so no progress made ive tried everythi I made sure I have the files int he right place and everything in the right place any more suggestions

Browser based exploits (such as browserhax or 2xrsa) are often unstable and crash frequently, but they can sometimes be fixed by doing the following steps

1. Open the browser, then open the browser settings
   1. Scroll to the bottom and Initialize Savedata (it also may be called Clear All Save Data)
   2. Try the exploit again
