I have a DSTT, does that mean I can just dump my Nds backups as .nds files, copy them over to my 3DS's sd card, insert the DSTT without a microSD into SLOT-1 and use this to boot the nds game I want?
Or am I missing something?

You copy the dumped .nds files to the DSTT's microSD card.

I have a problem creating CIA file, only get a .nds file, so, what could I do? I'm using Windows 10 Home x32, the .nds rom only have a two letter of name, I only use the 3DS SD Card

Try moving the Forwarder3-DS folder to your hard drive root.

Same folder as Forwarder3-DS.jar.
I can't find the build.bat in the Forwarder3-DS folder, the only files they're in the folder are these
