Couldn't you use Title Launcher by @suloku ? It's similar to the FBI solution but the UI is much cleaner.

I didn't say it was easy. I said I'm surprised no one did it. 3DS has been hacked for homebrew for over 2 years. Someone could have spent a few months developing an alternative menu "just because"

Why do you prefer a 480p screen over your smartphone screen?

firstly, I'd just like to say,
why do you have 300 titles installed? that's just hoarding, I doubt even an advanced user would have more then 100 titles, but 300 is just plain overkill. plus, a completely customized home menu? we have themes, but not menus.

but to answer your question, no we don't yet, but they can be booted directly from most title managers like fbi, NASA, or the like without having to uninstall anything.

PS: not saying this to be mean, it's just, really? 300? I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I not gonna care if you have 20000 installed, it's your 3ds, not mine so it doesn't bother too much, it's more just plain surprise

There has not been any progress on this with the HOME Menu, but as others have said, you can just use FBI to see and launch the rest of the titles.

As for small titles (like homebrew apps, short moflex videos, or VC games), IIRC titles built for and installed to the NAND do not count toward the limit, so perhaps making and installing NAND builds of those could help.

damn son, 300 titles.

though, it would be cool if someone create some sort of "all in one" type of Homebrew with a UI like an R4 and you can choose if your games go on the home menu or can only be launch through that homebrew.
i know FBI and other title managers are already doing that job, but something actually dedicated into doing just that would be nice.

Use an emuNAND. I really don't see anyone trying to remove the limit because no one really sees the need to remove it. You aren't going to play 300 games, just the simple answer.

I know it's sad I passed the 300 limit but it makes me put my GateWay 3DS to use. With a 64 GB SD card in GW and 128 GB SD card in my 3DS I can play a discusting amount of games.
