Homebrew From Old 3DS to New 3DS : What's next?

Hey guys.

So today I got a new Nintendo 3DS for Christmas, running 11.0.0-33u. Recently, I modded my 3DS with Waithax, and successfully downgraded to 9.2 and install a9lh. BEST DESIGION OF MY LIFE BY THE WAY. Anyways, Back to the New 3DS, I have the Dsiware game on my old 3ds, and need to move it to my new 3ds to install dsiwarehax. Do I already need a copy of Dsiware on the new 3DS, or can I just move it through the system settings? And another question: I went into system transfer on my A9LH 3DS, and tried to connect, just to see if it would work. It gives me a religion problem. Is that because I'm using Eur and Jap cia's on there, or is it not required? HUGE thanks in ahead.

Haha, no problem, just poking fun. Anyway, I am by no means an expert at any of this, but as long as you can perform a system transfer (old -> new), the DSiWare should(?) be transferred. If you are unable to perform one, or are unwilling to try, you will probably need to download the DSiWare directly on your New 3DS; that is, if you can find whatever game you're looking for, I'm not sure what Nintendo's pulled.

Oh, and if you're asking whether or not a system transfer will fail due to the lack of a DSiWare title on the New 3DS, I don't see why it would.

As long as you have more games than JUST the DSiWare, rumors are that Nintendo refuses to link NNIDs with just an exploitable DSiWare game to another DS. If you have just a DSiWare game try downloading multiple demos before transfering using System Transfer

I don't have a NNID connected to my 3ds. Another question: Do I HAVE to have Steelhax, or can I use stickerhax or the cia installed thing?

you can use any 3dshax . . . oot, sticker, smash bros, ect
