I thought about asking Fix94 to make a/his own splash screen with his logo somewhere on it to keep credit for his work, but honestly whats the point?? Splash screen are there as a place holder while cfw loads, but with fix version loading is almost eliminated completely. The text that's there is only to change autobooting settings or access the menu, thus no need for a splash screen. People should really stop asking before @FIX94 Tells them to "Go Fuck off" again lol...

there is 0 point in that sys config tool except for some people for whatever reason feeling better stealing nintendo developer software and using it instead of the perfectly usable originally intended system settings, it will literally do the job exactly the same way.

Indeed, now with HBL Channel + wupinstaller y/uf mod there is no point to use soo dangerous software as SCT, I recommend ppl to delete their SCT, I alreally did from my rednand one week ago

holy crap that bootup is painfully slow, how does one live with that lol, especially in a video like that it feels incredibly long compared to just using my internal cbhc cfw.

Is there a guide you'd recommend to follow to get this working quickly?. I know things change daily and i have a virgin Wiu with a VC game installed, no hacks. It's hard to follow exactly what i'm supposed to install. I'd like the sysnand patches working (Mocha?), not interested in rednand.

Considering i'm new to this, i really can't afford to balls this up and there seems to be so many differing ways of doing it. Just a simple (follow this guide) will suffice.

I used to use loadiine, but now have the games working via usb, no pesky little hands to snap discs and easy to use. That video looks perfect, but painfully slow like you said.

Sorry for being thick, thats exactly what i mean when i say so many people are saying so much. Its VERY hard for nabs like me to keep up. I'm quite versed in xbox/ps3 stuff but the Nintendo side of things is all alien to me. The reason I thought mocha was required was i didnt think your solution did the same thing, again down to my lack on knowledge.

Also the reason why I asked you, no chance of misinformation and clearly someone who knows his/her stuff. What would help nabs would be a table of features and what solution implements what. I'm not asking you personally to do it, just saying that would help newbies out loads as all we do is look at the table and compare. If I actually knew the answers I'd do it

It offers a basic menu from which you can boot into the system menu which will get full signature and region patching and support this ftpiiu-everywhere version, you can boot into the homebrew launcher and into a fw.img or mocha cfw on your sd card which could be useful for rednand, also if you want to automatically go to any of these places just enable the autoboot option for it.

Not a criticism just pointing out that it looks like FIX94 is saying you CAN use Mocha, and I read that as it provides something that this doesn't. Why else would you want to use it?. That's what I mean by its confusing for those of who who dont follow this as much as some people.

Sorry @charlieb but things can't always be 1+1+1+1=4, sometimes it's 2+2=4. Everything you need to know to install this and get it working is on google, hell it's on gbatemp. You just gotta do one thing that I thought was easy, but maybe it's HARD... READ!! Dev's like @FIX94 can't search threads for noobs, hold their hand and walk them through everything. I to just jumped in the wiiu scene and was able to read comprehend and get from a-c(from web exploit to haxchi _run persistent unsigned code_, to cbhc) with no problems. Google's your friend, Youtube's your friend, gbatemp's your friend, YOUR MIND IS YOUR FRIEND. Please at least TRY before you give up hope that you can't do it and began posting and asking for help with something that you really don't need help with? Please...

I see your point.. but for me and a lot of users will be okay with the extra 2 seconds to have a bountiful, personal splash screen when they boot their consoles..

I wish if you could make a *separate* version with splash screen

Yeah I understand the frustration, the downside is the brickrisk is high. I'll give it a whirl and see what happens. Had the web explit working fine... its the next step thats new to me. Will give it a try and hopefully wont brick

Fix94 didn't have to share this, I think he know what he want in this app, he did create it, just "trust" that he knows best. SMH, hard...

Here you go @charlieb 10 easy steps!! (Any corrections are welcome!)

WARNING: YOUR DS VC TITLE SHOULD BE INSTALL TO SYSTEM NAND!!!!
WARNING: YOUR DS VC TITLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PURSHASED FROM ESHOP!!!!

1. Download lastest Haxchi and CBHC from here: https://github.com/FIX94/haxchi/releases
2. Extract both Haxchi 2.3u1 and CBHC 1.4 to the root of your SD CARD.
3. UNPLUG YOUR USB HDD
4. Run web exploit(from http://loadiine.ovh/ via your WIIU web browser), launch (HBL)Homebrew Launcher
5. Run Haxchi 2.3u1 installer from HBL find your DS VC title, click "A" button to select title click "A" button again to confirm install, you should boot back to system.
5.5 Optional: Reboot..
6. Run Haxchi from system menu, you should enter HBL, run CBHC 1.4 installer from here as you now know your haxchi version works.
7. Find your DS VC title, click "A" button to select title click "A" button again to confirm install. You should boot back to system.
8. Launch CBHC from here, set system menu as your default under/by autoboot then click "A" button on system menu, You should boot back to system menu.
9. REPLUG your USB.
10. Reboot and enjoy cfw.

WARNING: P.S. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER DELETE YOUR DS TITLE/CBHC or you will enter and unrecoverable BRICK!!!!!

P.S. While in System Menu/Fix94 CFW, Your No Longer able to DELETE or MOVE your DS VC TITLE! Thanks!! @FIX94

I wish others would quit their OCD about splash screens and just accept what it is now or make your own from source. Having cosmetic adjusts doesn't improve anything better.
