Hacking Homebrew Browser (vWii) crashed

I was browsing through Homebrew Browser in vWii and it suddenly crashed. Now I'm on a screen with a text about "Exception (DSI) occured!" Is it safe to close it with the power button because the home button doesn't work.

Exception DSI was a common thing on the original Wii, and it persists in the vWii. Think of it like the Blue Screen of Death, except on the Wii.

You can turn the Wii U off by holding the Power button for 4-5 seconds. This should be safe. I've never corrupted anything doing this.

That doesn't work on vWii.
